Please note: sizes in inches refer only to the anatomical neck circumference. If your chest is close to the upper limit of the range, we suggest ordering one size up.

Measure the sleeve length from the tip of the shoulder (humerus) along the outside of the slightly bent arm to the wrist bone.

Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.

2. Waist
Measure around the natural waistline, the narrowest part of the torso.

3. Hip
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and buttocks.

4. Pants waist
Measure around the natural waistline, where you normally wear your pants.

How to take measurements
Use a soft, flexible tape measure. Do not pull it too tight.
Take measurements in a natural, relaxed standing position.
