Accessibility Statement
IsuiT (Porcamo Srl) is committed to making isuit.it accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882, implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree 82/2022) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
Measures we take
- The website is built on the Shopify platform, which supports keyboard navigation, screen readers and text resizing.
- An accessibility toolbar is available on every page (icon in the bottom-left corner) to adjust contrast, text size and spacing, highlight links, pause animations and enable a dyslexia-friendly font.
- Product images include descriptive alternative text; forms have labelled fields; colour is never the only means of conveying information.
- Our customer care team can assist by email, phone or WhatsApp with any task on the website, including placing an order.
Conformance status
isuit.it is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform. We are reviewing the site after its migration to a new platform in October 2026 and are working to resolve the remaining issues, which may include alternative text on some older product images and the contrast of certain secondary text.
